Doing the Idaho values work.

Josh was able to attend a meet & greet event in Rigby for Jerald Raymond, a candidate from the new district 31 who will do a great job. He answered some excellent questions, and made a good case for why he is running to overcome some of the extremism being fostered by the Idaho Freedom Foundation candidates. Jerald cares a great deal for Education, Agriculture, and the people that make Idaho great.

Thursday, Josh attended a wonderful meet & greet hosted by some friends and fellow gymnast parents. We had a great group of people join us there. Even our 9-year old joined in. We had some excellent dialogue after making our pitch. There are many shared concerns about growth, education funding, and making sure we can get the local resources and options that we need in eastern Idaho.

If you haven't had a chance yet, listen to the podcast of BYU-Idaho's interview with Josh. It's an excellent conversation, and we answer some solid questions about property taxes and state surplus. On Friday, we saw that Josh is officially listed as a candidate for the House of Representatives seat 35b. It made the race feel more substantial, and we look forward to continued momentum.

Thanks to all those that helped with the events we attended this week, and to members of the team who are doing great research behind the scenes. Please continue to like and share the posts from the Josh Wheeler for Idaho Facebook page, and spread the word about the campaign. Josh will keep making the visits and calls needed to get out the word that Idaho Values Work!
